If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Somage online purchase, we are happy to provide a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

The order must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Your order must be unopened and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Somage are not responsible for lost parcels and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment.

If you believe you have received a incorrect or damaged order, please e-mail an image of the fault to contactus@somage.com prior to requesting your return.
