Puerh tea is a type of fermented tea originating from the Yunnan province in China. It is characteristically fermented after being dried and rolled. Puerh requires aging to fully mature and turn into a rich brown/black color. Sheng Puerh is raw and can take up to 10 years to process. Shou Puerh is cooked taking 3 months.
